Thank y0u for your purchase! Here are a few things to read as we move ahead with your plan.

BEFORE OUR FIRST MEETING
Please be sure to take 30-45 minutes to quickly read the One Page Business Plan for Women in Business book you recently received. Have a pencil in hand to make note of any ideas that may come to mind during your quick scanning of the book. Don’t worry about completing the exercises at this time, just get familiarize yourself with the book’s content and flow. We’ll do the detail work in our working sessions together.

Remove the DVD from the inside back cover and load it on your system. I recommend making a new folder names OPBP and loading the contents of the DVD under that folder.  We’ll be using one of the business plan templates to write your plan as well as creating your scorecards using the MS Excel workbook found in the Performance Scorecards subfolder.
